HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Please allow an order processing time of 2-3 days; we’ll send your tracking number within that time. Shipping takes 10 to 14 business days in most cases:

  • Europe: 10 to 14 business days
  • Asia: 8 to 12 business days
  • Mexico: 15 to 30 business days

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. Simply click the link and instantly track your parcel.

HOW SECURE IS YOUR SITE?

Payments are processed using the Shopify payment gateway. Shopify Payment is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously, all payments are verified by Shopify to prevent fraud.

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

We would be glad to accept amendments requested within 1 hour after your order as been placed. After 1 hour, amendment is no longer possible in most cases as we fulfill orders automatically. Please send us a message as soon as possible so that we can do our best. 

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

You have 30 days from the delivery date of your order to request a return for your purchase. The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If the merchandise is damaged when received or defective within 30 days, we will happily provide a replacement.

WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED FROM?

Our bamboo products are made in China given that bamboo grows most efficiently in Asia weather. In that context, we proudly ship directly from the manufacture to you in order to avoid unnecessary intermediaries such as mega warehouses, and reduce our carbon footprint (we are now officially carbon neutral, yay!)

Nevertheless, we use only premium shipping lines to ensure a safe and smooth delivery within 10 to 14 days in most cases.

I MADE A MISTAKE IN MY ADDRESS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you made a mistake in your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. In most cases, we’ll be able to make the required change to your order before it ships.

If your order has already shipped to the wrong address, the only thing that can be done is to wait for the relevant Post company to return your order to us so that we can resend it to the correct address. In an event of loss or destruction of merchandise, we will not be responsible. Sustainable Tomorrow is not held liable for shipping errors where addresses were incorrectly or insufficiently inputted by customer.

WHAT IS THE 'GOLD STANDARD'?

We are proud to share that our Bamboo products meet the FSC requirements. This certification is considered the "gold standard" designation for Bamboo and wood harvested from forests that are responsibly managed, socially beneficial, environmentally conscious, and economically viable.

HOW TO RECYCLE / COMPOST THE BAMBOO ELECTRIC TOOTHBRUSH HEADS?

Our 100% non-GMO replacement heads are carved from compostable raw bamboo, and feature plant-based bristles made of refined castor seed oil. The inner part of our toothbrush heads are even made from cornstarch in an eco-friendly manner, meaning it can be fully composted! Each head takes around six months to decompose while a plastic one takes hundreds of years to fully break down.

CAN THE TOOTHBRUSH BRISTLES BE COMPOSTED?

Since our plant-based bristles are made of castor seed oil, we are also happy to share that they will eventually break down in a home composting environment. However, we cannot legally call our bristles "compostable" as they will takes more than 3 months to decompose. That is still a huge improvement compared to petroleum based bristles, as our bristles will become plant food at some point!

WHY IS THE BAMBOO ELECTRIC TOOTHBRUSH HANDLE PLASTIC?

Our bamboo electric toothbrush base is made of plastic as per safety regulations and waterproof requirements. If it was up to us, we would love to have a 100% bamboo product, however for the electrical components to work and for the toothbrush to follow the strict safety requirements for customers use, the base needs to have an IPX7 rating, which ours does.

HOW TO DISPOSE OF THE BAMBOO ELECTRIC TOOTHBRUSH BASE?

When your toothbrush eventually meets the end of its life, please recycle it as an electric appliance knowing that electronic components can be easily separated from the outer shell. Please check your local recycling facilities, and follow their directions accordingly. 

CAN THE BAMBOO TOOTHBRUSH HEAD FIT MY CURRENT ELECTRIC TOOTHBRUSH?

We manufacture Bamboo toothbrush heads for own toothbrush base, as well as have options for Philips Sonicare Electric toothbrushes.

We initially studied the possibility of manufacturing compatible heads for other brands as well, however, after a review of Goby; Colgate & Oral-B heads design, we concluded that they cannot be made using raw bamboo given that each head contains rotating parts. This can only be done in plastic unfortunately, therefore we cannot do much.
