Shipping & Delivery
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and our shipping company process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from one of our warehouse to the destination. US orders are shipped from our PA warehouse and takes 3 to 7 business days for the standard rate and 2 to 3 business days for the express rate. International delivery usually takes about 10–14 business days.

Our bamboo products are made in Vietnam and China given that bamboo can only grow efficiently in Asia weather. In that context, and concerning non-US orders, we proudly ship directly from the manufacture to you in order to avoid unnecessary intermediaries such as mega warehouses, and reduce our carbon footprint. As for US orders, we ship them from our PA warehouse.

Nevertheless, we use only premium shipping lines to ensure a safe and smooth delivery within 10 to 14 days in most cases for international orders and 2-7 days for US ones.

Returns
We offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee, starting from the date of purchase. Products, including electric toothbrushes, can be returned within 30 days even if opened and used.

After 30 days from your purchase, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. To initiate a return, contact us with your order details at contactus@thesustainabletomorrow.com.

Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and shipping times for exchanged products may vary based on location.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email together with a picture of the defective or damaged product at rucheva.contact@gmail.com so that we can guide you through the process.


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original customer and they will find out about your return.
