I accidentally ordered two of this item when I only needed one. I emailed customer service right away, before the order even shipped, hoping to catch it in time — no response. I followed up several more times after that. Still nothing. It's been frustrating to be met with complete silence, especially when I reached out before the order had even left the warehouse. Disappointing experience with their customer service overall.

This toothbrush cleans my teeth so well that it feels like I just went to the dentist for a cleaning. I've had an Oral B electric toothbrush before this one, but this one cleans better.

I have an electric bamboo toothbrush from a different company (which looks very similar) but I was pleased to find it fits perfectly in this travel case. My only complaint is that the lid is really tight and takes a fair amount of twisting and effort getting it on and off.
This box works beautifully, I have already used it on the road; and it makes a very handy storage case even at home. I love it! Now, if I could only figure out what to do with the heavy, unwieldy box that came with it originally. Not terribly happy at the money wasted on that one, however.
Great case! Much easier to deal with than the other one, although contains no room for extra heads, which is not a problem for me personally.
